Senior PM — AI Systems & Enterprise SaaS

The gap between what AI can do and what enterprises will actually ship is a product problem. 8+ years in B2B taught me that problem. The last few years taught me the AI side.

Generative AIEnterprise

Shipping a conversational AI assistant inside a B2B platform with 10M+ users

Building AI features in enterprise is a different problem than building AI features in a startup. Here's what that difference actually looks like.

03
Agentic AIPM Tooling

Building the AI agent that turns 4 hours of competitive research into 2 minutes

A personal project that became a working product. Multi-step autonomous research with adaptive loops and structured scoring.

AI EvaluationGovernance

I've spent 8 years getting good at one thing: closing the gap between what users need and what can actually be built.

My background is B2B SaaS — data infrastructure, enterprise IAM, platform architecture. I've worked at companies where the sales cycle is long, the compliance requirements are real, and "move fast" is not a strategy. That context shapes how I think about AI: not as a feature to ship, but as a system to govern.

My move into AI was deliberate. I spent months studying the actual capability curve before I led my first AI product. I've built agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks, and governance layers for enterprise deployment. I've seen what happens when teams skip the hard parts — trust architecture, data quality, edge-case behavior — and I know how to not do that.

Outside of product work, I'm working toward my private pilot license. It turns out that pre-flight checklists and pre-launch checklists have more in common than most people think.
